Remove the restriction of PASS or FAIL and NO EXAM till class 8. What will happen to those srudents who will not appear till class 8 in the exam? Only statistics will improve its count as far as literacy rate is
concerned but in reality the future generation are going to suffer a
lot. The rule makers are all passouts of english medium school and want to
promote English medium school/ public school by any means.
