Remove the restriction of PASS or FAIL and NO EXAM till class 8.

What will happen to those srudents who will not appear till class 8 in the exam?

Only statistics will improve its count as far as literacy rate is
concerned but in reality the future generation are going to suffer a
lot.

The rule makers are all passouts of english medium school and want to
promote English medium school/ public school by any means.

Odisha Govt spending INR26lakh per day for the mines scam

In order to escape from the case Odisha Govt spending 26lakh daily for
the scam of mines that had been done by the present ruiling party BJD.
Fees of Rohtagi is 25lakh per day and fees of Tripathy is 50 thousands
whereas the airfair is 16676 rupees.

Don't you think the law minister- Bikram Keshari Aarukh is answerable for this?
